Gas prices boost T ridership to new record

Sovereign 2Q profit falls 13.57% to $127.44M

AAA: R.I. gas prices resume their rise

PROVIDENCE – “For the first time in three weeks, gasoline prices in Rhode Island have risen,” according to AAA Southern New England. The average self-serve price of unleaded regular at local stations rose 1 cent per gallon over the past week to $4.109, while other grades of fuel rose 2 cents. At left, a Chicago station displays prices that start at $4.599.

U.S. jobless rate steady in June at 5.5%
