Dows gains 936 as U.S. stocks rally biggest since 1930s
NEW YORK – With the U.S. government and the Federal Reserve adjusting their financial system rescue plans, the Dow Jones Industrial Average staged its largest point rally ever and its biggest percentage gain since the Great Depression.
