Film buffs set to invade Providence
Providence is about to be invaded by thousands of filmmakers and movie buffs when the 12th annual Rhode Island International Film Festival opens Aug. 5. The six-day event features something for everyone, from Harry Potter fans to Providence educators and devotees of the old TV show “Cheers.”
