Twin River, dog owners reach $5M deal
LINCOLN – A proposed agreement filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court would end Twin River’s association with the Rhode Island Greyhound Owners Association, saving the cash-strapped gambling facility money while it completes a restructuring.
