    <description>A new term for an old (but more sensible than ever), IT option has started floating around the ethersphere... it's SaaS, as in Software as a Service.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As far as we're concerned, whether it was ASP or SOA, and now SaaS, for almost as long as the Internet has been in widespread use, it's been smart to &quot;rent&quot; the use of software rather than buy, for many many reasons.
